This week, Dr. Brad Wouters Research at UHN hosted Sylvain Charbonneau, the recently appointed President and CEO, and Mohamad Nasser-Eddine, Vice-President of Programs and Planning, from the Canada Foundation for Innovation/Fondation canadienne pour l'innovation (CFI) for a tour of some of the UHN facilities. Throughout their visit, scientists from our CryoEM Facility, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Core Facility, STTARR Innovation Centre, and Toronto Rehabilitation Institute’s Challenging Environment Assessment Laboratory (CEAL) showcased some of the innovative work that CFI’s support has helped make possible. A huge thank you to Mohammad Mazhab Jafari, Geneviève Seabrook, Naz Chaudary, PhD, and Sophia Yue Li for helping make this experience so engaging and insightful. We are grateful for CFI’s continued support of Research at UHN and the chance to share with Dr. Charbonneau how we are creating #AHealthierWorld! -- University Health Network Princess Margaret Cancer Centre
