World Cancer Day in February serves as a powerful reminder to prioritize health and preventative care, both at work and in our personal lives.   In this month's newsletter, we explore the impact of preventive care in the workplace, and the importance of creating a culture of health and wellbeing to support employees. We’re also honoured to share Arianne Lang's journey with breast cancer, and her mission to educate others on proactively taking care of both your physical and mental health.

Before we look at our strong Q4 2024 results, I’d like to recognise an important milestone: 25 years of our beloved TELUS brand! Helping TELUS grow from a regional telecom provider to a global communications powerhouse has been nothing short of extraordinary. Congratulations to our entire TELUS family! Now, for this past quarter, the numbers are in and they tell another strong story. Below is a look at some of our incredible 2024 Q4 highlights. Our TELUS Health team – deeply committed to the goal of being the most trusted wellbeing company in the world – is proud to report: → 76.2M healthcare lives covered, up 9.6% YoY → 6.5M virtual healthcare members, up 16% YoY → 170M digital health transactions executed in Q4, up 7.5% YoY Meanwhile, our Health for Good® mobile health clinics facilitated 60,000 patient visits last year, bringing the total number of visits to 260,000 in 27 communities since launch. We also welcomed 328K new customers to the TELUS family this past quarter, bringing the total number of new telecom customers in 2024 to 1.2 million! Finally, 2024 saw 83,000 TELUS team members, retirees, families and friends – across 33 countries – volunteer during our TELUS Days of Giving, contributing to an astounding 1.5 million hours of service.
