About us

Haven't we all faced a personal or professional reckoning at some point? Or both? I have. Crucible Inc. is more than just a new catchy name—it embodies what I stand for as a coach, teacher, leader, and human. A crucible represents transformation, resilience, and the power of overcoming challenges to emerge stronger and sharper. This is what I do really well: I transform. I incite. I move executive leaders and teams to act. I focus on executive and team coaching, helping leaders and organizations not just adapt begrudgingly but instead excel excitedly in today’s uncertain world. Crucible Inc. is where bold, real-deal, and relatable leadership meets company growth. I specialize in teaching Integrated Leadership—the balance of emotional connection and strong strategic skills—that shapes the new generation of executive and change-ready leaders. As a certified Executive Coach with experience as a CHRO in financial services, I bring a unique perspective to leadership development, executive presence, and resilient leadership. I help executives and teams become sharper. Reach out to see how I can help your company, your team, or yourself.

  • Act fast, but don't be rash. 𝟭. Get the Facts – Dive deep to uncover the (real) truth and understand the impact on your business. Separate fact from fiction, emotion from reality, and rely on trusted sources. 𝟮. Rally the Troops – Communicate boldly with employees, customers, and partners to keep everyone in the loop and boost morale. Now is NOT the time to be ambiguous, "soften the blow", or use cold corporate jargon. Instead, be honest and show confidence that you're in calm and in charge. 𝟯. Triage the Crisis – Prioritize the biggest challenges and map out quick, decisive actions to tackle them head-on. What will provide the most reassurance in the least amount of time and still be congruent with the organization's values? Customers and clients watch how you handle a crisis. Be swift, but be thoughtful. ****** At Crucible Incorporated, we approach leadership with the understanding that it's about navigating change successfully and emerging stronger. Our resilient leadership training immerses executives in real scenarios, where experienced coaches guide you to refine your skills effectively. We eliminate the unnecessary and concentrate on what genuinely transforms you into a more effective leader. Interested in learning more? • You can never go back. ❌ Once I became a parent, there was no going back. ❌ Once I turned 50, there was no going back. ❌ Once I mouthed the word that rhymes with "puck" to the driver who cut me off, there was no going back. But, there is always MOVING FORWARD. Part of moving forward is building out your anticipatory muscles. How are you preparing and anticipating for the future that is quite literally happening right now? This is the essence of resilience - the ability to prepare for and anticipate future disruption AND... ...let's not forget potential opportunity. ✅ I prepared for parenting by doing a lot of reading on teens well before my son turns 13. ✅ I prepared for "the gift of 50" by prioritizing my mental and physical health every day. ✅ I prepared for dealing with bad traffic by putting on an inspirational podcast to distract me while sitting bumper to bumper. This article is geared to executive leaders but really.... it's for anyone who desires to lead a resilient life, a resilient team, and a resilient business. #resilience #ceo #chro #leadership #learning #executive
