Rotman Pride (formerly "The Letters") is a group of LGBTQ2S+ students and allies at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Our mission is two-fold, we aim to provide personal and professional support to LGBTQ2S+ students as well as create an inclusive school environment by engaging allies and building awareness of LGBTQ2S+ issues.

    In October, HOOPP partnered with the University of Toronto’s Rotman Pride Club to host our first in-person employee resource group (ERG) focused networking event. This was a unique opportunity for students to connect with our Finance, Investment Management and Plan Operations teams, gaining insights into our work and culture.    We’re honored to support and celebrate the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and to spotlight diverse voices in the workplace.   • 🌈 Event Recap: Fireside Chat with BCG 🌈 Last week we had the pleasure of hosting an insightful Fireside Chat with Boston Consulting Group (BCG)! The event provided a fantastic platform for Rotman Pride members to connect with BCG’s inspiring leaders and hear about their journeys in consulting, inclusion, and authenticity. Our guest speakers shared invaluable advice on balancing professional aspirations with personal well-being, highlighting BCG’s commitment to fostering a culture of support and belonging.   • 🌈 Event Recap: Fireside Chat with McKinsey 🌈   Last Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting an inspiring Fireside Chat with McKinsey at their beautiful office!   A huge thank you to our incredible panelists for sharing their unique career journeys, insights into McKinsey's inclusive culture, and invaluable advice on navigating the application process. Your perspectives were truly enriching and empowering.   Key Takeaways: 1.
