Through decision-support algorithms and automation, Survivor Advisor helps clinicians create customized care plans, complete with educational resources, symptom trackers, and screening reminders. This innovation ensures patients, their families, and healthcare providers feel more informed, connected, and supported during cancer surveillance. This initiative addresses critical gaps in survivorship care, empowering patients with confidence and clarity. I was thrilled to attend the OntarioMD Educates Conference 2024 #OMDDHC2024 last week in Toronto and spend 2 days listening to inspiring sessions on a myriad of topics focused on Digital Health. One thing is for sure and was a common theme of the conference; so many Ontario Providers are beyond ready for digital tools and programs that are going to help alleviate administrative burden, allowing them to focus on patient care, such as AI and integrated pathways. It was amazing to see so many passionate Doctors, members of Ontario Health | Santé Ontario, and the honourable Dr. Jane Philpott, speak to what they're doing in their Regions to advocate for, and adopt, new technologies that will make Patient care more digital and streamlined. I'm excited to expand on these topics with my colleagues at Thrive Health as we continue to deploy Care Pathways that help patients better navigate their health conditions and the system.
