Do your vendors only reach out when it's time for renewal? Or are you getting the support you need throughout the entire year? Most importantly, are you getting the value you need from your tools 🤔 Here are some of the top factors to consider when renewing your lead routing in 2025 👇 1️⃣ Customer success vs. customer support Customer success understands your goals and use cases. They should be your partner, an extension of your company. Without customer-driven support, you could reach out when you need help and be randomly assigned to someone.
