Maple House at Canary Landing represents a groundbreaking approach to city-building where we have integrated market and non-market units in a "checkerboard" layout to create a thriving and inclusive community that sets a new standard for mixed-income living. Today, we’re proud to share that the City of Toronto selected Kilmer Group and Tricon Residential to re-develop the historic Toronto Coach Terminal and build 873 new rental homes, including 33% affordable rental homes.  We are honoured to partner with the City in the realization of this landmark project in Toronto’s most important innovation and health science cluster. Mayor Chow and Tricon’s Andrew Joyner addressed the press today to share this exciting news.   Thank you to all our partners: Studio Gang, architectsAlliance, Smoke Architecture Inc. On November 11, a day of great significance in both the United States and Canada, we want to recognize the importance of Veterans Day and Remembrance Day. Tricon Residential, along with its residents, partners and local leaders, celebrated the grand opening of two new built-to-rent communities in Texas: Tricon Bryson in Leander and Tricon Willow Creek in Tomball.   Developed in partnership with HHS Residential LLC, a division of Plano-based Highland Homes, these communities will expand housing supply in the Austin and Houston metropolitan areas by adding 303 new, high-quality single-family rental homes.   Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gQ5xABtj
