🌟 Empowering Future Healthcare Leaders through Hands-On Learning 🌟 Last week, our Inspiring Work Science/Healthcare stream students had the incredible opportunity to attend a UHN STEM Pathways workshop at the Princess Margaret Cancer Research Centre. This unique experience brought science to life as they: 🔬 Gained hands-on experience with pipettes, honing essential lab skills ❤️ Learned about atherosclerosis and its impact on heart health 🐟 Explored fascinating fish research used to study hearts and discover cures These workshops ignite curiosity and inspire our youth to see themselves as the next generation of scientists, healthcare professionals, and innovators. A heartfelt thank you to UHN STEM Pathways and the amazing team at Princess Margaret Cancer Research Centre for opening your doors and creating this memorable, educational experience. 💡 Let’s continue to create opportunities that give youth the tools and inspiration to shape the future of healthcare and science. #TheMINAProject #STEMEducation #HealthcareCareers #InspiringYouth #HandsOnLearning #EquityInAction
