The hotel provides great service, always helpful staff. The location was great, it was close to a Subway and also quite close to city centre (which was fantastic because the city centre was so super busy). The room was clean and comfortable. There is also a covid testing station situated beside the hotel which was really convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

Pool closed. Gym closed. Especially booked for both these amenities. No option to replace with other Hilton or upgrade in exchange. The rest was usual Doubletree.

I didn't expect that the DoubleTree by Hilton Nanping Hotel would be so great, it exceeded my expectations. There is Shanghai City Mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient for daily shopping and dining. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel has a high ceiling and Christmas decorations, which looks very grand. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop and a light rail station downstairs. Although there were some issues with check-in and the original itinerary for next month was cancelled, I reported it to Ctrip, but the check-out manager Ren Ling solved it. I will come again next time
