The check-in process is easy. The studio apartment is very cosy, and I feel like staying at home. The staff is very courteous & helpful. Her service is superb & I would rate her service as 5 stars. This is my second stay in this apartment hotel & would definitely stay here again whenever I am back to Kunming.

The room was comfortable and I decided to stay as soon as I entered the room. The housekeeper was very warm, thoughtful and patient, and the sanitary conditions were the best in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Superb! Highly recommended!
