I'm taking a good rest The facilities are clean, the rooms are wide, and the surroundings are quiet Good. I arrived a little earlier than the reservation time, but I was allowed to enter first. I recommend this hotel for your trip to Osaka

This is an unmanned hotel. All correspondence is either by email or call. They respond pretty quickly. There will be codes; one, as you enter the main door of the hotel and two, for your room. We got 702. The room was enjoyable. It’s big and quite clean. Not impeccably clean, but okay. It had a balcony, facing the playground/school and to the left the train station. There are comments here saying it’s noisy sometimes. However, during our stay I could say that the area is quiet enough. Most are faint sound only when the balcony doors are fully closed. I live in a big city and I don’t mind sound which are generally part of NOT being in a rural area. There were no “hearbeat” away places to eat. But a couple of minutes away, you can access a whole lot of options. Like 5-6 minutes walk. We didn’t mind this at all except for a time when my child is really hungry agter we just checked in. NO water provided and I guess there’s no option to request for this because there’s no one to talk to at the lobby or any part of the hotel at that. There’s no restaurant at the hotel. Check out time is 10am which is waaaaay too early … with check in at 3pm. Too late …

Really convenient to Universal studio japan within 25 mins by public transportation. Kids love the playground. We stayed for 2 nights.

Great location, easy access from Kansai International airport which is nearby Shin-Imamiya station Room was clean, fully equipped and spacious more than enough for 2-3 persons. Definitely will recommend to my friends & family 😀

I found a very strange bug when I was about to go to bed. It felt like a flea... The soundproofing was not good. The hotel was very close to the railway tracks. There was always a subway passing by. I basically didn't sleep well.

My parents went there to play. The hotel has a good location and is convenient for taking the subway. They can enter the room directly by sending a password. The room is generally clean and large enough to meet the needs of a family trip.

The hotel buffet check-in is clean, well-equipped and has a large space. It is adjacent to Tsutenkaku Tower and has various local delicacies nearby.

The location of the accommodation is not far from the railway station. It is very convenient to go to various attractions, and the surrounding environment is quiet and very good.

The room is big enough and has complete facilities. The only downside is that I received a scam email once. Another small drawback is that no matter which subway station it is, it is a little far away. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk. But there are many choices of stations, such as JR Nankai, Midosuji, and Sakaisuji Line. There are residential areas and supermarkets around it. It is very close to Tsutenkaku. Another drawback is that the air conditioning cooling method feels a bit inhumane. I caught a cold on the second to last day.

It's about 10 minutes away from the station, which is pretty close. Remember to exit the station and head toward the north exit. The whole place is clean and tidy, the space is quite large, and it's easy to move around with 3 pieces of luggage unpacked. This time I stayed for 5 consecutive nights and it happened to be a rainy day. There is a washing machine and bathroom heating and cooling fan. I find it very convenient to dry bathroom and simple clothes after taking a shower. The equipment is quite new and the bed is good to sleep on.

The room is OK, with 2 1.5m big beds. But check-in was not smooth. I asked for the room code one day in advance but did not receive an email. I contacted them after I arrived and they gave it to me. The sofa in the room was dirty. There was no dining table, only a low table like a coffee table. You had to sit on the floor to eat. There was a washing machine and a microwave. There were only 4 bath towels, and they would not change them every day. You had to dry them yourself. Transportation was OK. Several subway lines were basically within a 10-minute walk.
