Place is not that bad compared to what I’ve seen in the reviews. The aribnb owner is responsive I was able to checkin same day though I arrived very late due to flight delay. Place is clean, complete amenties also.

Good location for travelers to shop and go around. The amenities are average.

There is a big gap between the introductory photo and the actual location, because in the photo I thought it was near Zhongxiao Fuxing SOGO... but in fact it was not! The air conditioner in the room is very noisy and may be too old to allow me to sleep well... I hope it can be improved.

Near MRT, takes 5-10 minutes to walk. The room is not very soundproof. The cleanliness of the room is suitable for the price. You can leave your luggage in advance. It is recommended that before checking in you should call to inquire about the room address first.
