Starting in Customer Service and now working in Order Management, my journey in the pharmaceutical packaging industry has been filled with new challenges and rewarding experiences. What motivates me every day? It’s the constant change and the opportunity to connect with customers, ensuring each one feels heard and valued. For me, staying calm and taking the time to listen to our clients is key to providing excellent service. Over the years, I've learned to always stay conscientious and humble, no matter how much knowledge I gain. It’s about continuous learning and collaboration with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly. I’ve seen the packaging industry evolve, and although it hasn’t always been easy, it’s been incredibly rewarding. I believe the key is to adapt, innovate, and stay committed to sustainability. To anyone starting in the packaging industry, my advice is simple: Be conscientious, stay calm, and always embrace the new challenges that come your way. Each day offers something different, and that’s what keeps my job exciting. Early March 2025 will mark my 25th anniversary at allpack group ag - a milestone that fills me with pride and gratitude. Reflecting on my tenure, I appreciate the experiences, challenges, and great colleagues who have made this path so special.
