    Representing February in our 2025 calendar is Burning, a Chinese Ginger Cat belonging to Pola Li, a People Operations Officer based at our Suzhou site. Fun fact: Ginger cats are almost always male. A ginger coat is due to the O (Orange) gene, which is carried by the X chromosome. Since male cats have only one X chromosome (XY) they only need one copy of the orange gene to be ginger, whereas female cats (XX) need two copies making ginger female cats rarer than the males.
