    I see GTM teams mix this up a lot Data ≠ Information ≠ Signal ≠ Insight ≠ Foresight I've used those terms rashly multiple times. So this isn't about nitpicking; it's about clarity (also for myself 😇) I believe we're missing out on value if we just stop on a certain layer because we throw them all into one bucket. For example, visibility into a buyer's website? That's information, not insight. Only when we apply context and action does it transform into insight. I expanded the ‘DIKW pyramid’ to visualise the terms. Let's break it down: - Big (Raw) Data: Massive amounts of structured and unstructured data collected daily from various sources. - Intelligent Data: Filtered, cleaned, and organized smaller data sets that are easier to analyze and act upon. - Information: The meaning derived from a single data point. - Signal: Information set in context for a specific use case, focusing on what’s relevant. - Insight: Interpretation of signals for actionable next steps, considering the situation and goals. - Foresight: Using machine learning to derive foresight from historical data.     We started as a team of four co-founders, now it's three of us And it wasn't an easy decision. Neha brought ideas and passion to bont. She really felt the pain we were solving, as she has worked for over a decade in B2B SaaS Sales. Neha definitely played a big role in the first steps of bringing bont to live. When we were all in Munich three weeks ago, we had the time to reflect on the past weeks and months together. We were all hustling on our own topics: Nik on the code, Dennis on finance, legal & sales side, Neha on product and customer success, and I on marketing side. Starting a company isn't easy and pulling it off needs more than a nine-to-five job. Neha is now pursuing her sales career again but is still supporting us as advisor with her  insights in the sales world. Thank you for everything you brought to bont, Neha. 🙏

    4 Tage von 4 verschiedenen Offices gearbeitet - ein Fazit Es war intensiv. Aber intensiv auf eine gute Art. Kurzer Hintergrund vorab: Wie ich neulich schon geschrieben hatte, waren diese Woche alle bont Co-Founder in München. Und an diesen 4 Tagen haben wir von 4 verschiedenen Offices gearbeitet, statt in Co-Working Spaces zu gehen. Wir hatten in unseren Netzwerken gefragt, wer gerade bisschen Platz für uns übrig hat und so hat sich das ergeben. Danke an EQS Group, Userlane, Abacus Umantis AG und COBE für eure Gastfreundschaft ☺️ Das hat es zwar intensiv gemacht, ich würde es aber jederzeit wieder so machen. Warum? 1. Wir hatten mega Austausch mit den Teams vor Ort und konnten neue Kontakte knüpfen 2. Wir konnten so viel Begeisterung für bont sehen, was in echt einfach anders ist als in einem Video Call 3. Ich konnte mich mit anderen Marketing Experten austauschen und im nächsten Moment mit unserem ICP über ihre Pains sprechen 4. Wir hatten Coffee-Chats in der Küche & Casual Afterwork Bierchen, die wir online nie gehabt hätten 5. Wir haben viel Office-Inspo für die Zukunft bekommen ;) Und eins steht für uns jetzt schon fest: Sobald wir unser eigenes Office und Platz dafür haben, werden wir es für solche Aktionen zu 100% öffnen.
