The CIFAL Global Network is composed of 33 International Training Centres for Authorities and Leaders, all coordinated by UNITAR’s Social Development Programme. The strategic locations of the 33 centres, which can be found across Asia, Oceania, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean ensure a global outreach. CIFAL Honolulu is offering three short courses in “Data Science for Oceania” through a partnership with the National Science Foundation (NSF)  INCLUDES SPICE Alliance, the Pacific Intelligence & Innovation Initiative, and its host Chaminade University of Honolulu. CIFAL Istanbul, in partnership with the Bright Futures Foundation, engaged children with nature through a Seed Ball Workshop and Sapling Planting Event at Malatya Şehit Aytaç Altunörs Secondary School. 🌸 During the workshop, students created flower seed balls from recycled newspaper, repurposing waste materials. This activity not only raised awareness about sustainability but also introduced the children to eco-friendly production techniques. 🌱 Following this, a sapling planting event took place in the school's garden.
