This Friday Dec 6 we’ll be hosting a discussion on the human need for belonging. This word is interesting, because most of it is made up of longing. Every human being has a deep longing to be part of something and to belong. The other part of this word is be. We also yearn to be seen for who we are, to be able to be seen for whi we are, to be able to be ourselves The word "community" in Japanese means: "the place where I am most myself."
