DT SWISS EVENTS – SERVICE CENTER MEETING SWITZERLAND The Distributor Meeting on September 10th and 11th was followed by our International Service Center Meeting on September 12th at our headquarters in Biel, Switzerland. We welcomed both our Pro-Level and international external Service Centers for a full day of insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and hands-on workshops. Key moments included product updates and Hub- and Wheel-Service Certification sessions. Under the theme "Global Excellence: Uniting Service Centers for Quality Assurance," we introduced new framework conditions and measures that are essential for strengthening DT Swiss' global service standards. The vibrant atmosphere during the closing dinner underscored the event’s success and marked an important step toward deepening our partnerships. Thank you to all who played a part in making this event such a success!
