The 14th International Conference on Formal Ontology in Information Systems (FOIS 2024) is over! We had a fantastic week with a selection of very strong scientific papers, tutorials, panels, as well as illuminating keynotes by Mieke Boon (University of Twente), Michel Dumontier (Maastricht University), Frank van Harmelen (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam)), Øystein Linnebo (University of Oslo), and Barend Mons (Leiden University Medical Center and LIFES Institute). This was the most successful edition of FOIS with 209 onsite participants! (plus 130 online participants in the FOIS online week).
