🎉 Project Day 2024: Celebrating Innovation 🎉   Yesterday, we gathered at the EHL Hospitality Business School for the Project Day 2024. It was an inspiring evening dedicated to showcasing 13 visionary projects supported by the Innovation Boosters Swiss Food Ecosystems & Future Food Farming, powered by Innosuisse.   🥂💡 During the evening, participants not only listened to inspiring project pitches but also had the chance to explore and taste products and prototypes at stands hosted by the teams. It was a day filled with creative energy, idea-sharing, and meaningful connections.   This event marked an important milestone as we celebrated the conclusion of the Swiss Food Ecosystems program after four impactful years, having supported nearly 50 innovative projects. It was also a special moment to bid farewell to Peter Braun and Joël Reinhard, our outgoing co-managers, whose exceptional dedication and leadership over the past years have made a real impact within the ecosystem. A heartfelt thank you to both for their incredible commitment and vision! At the same time, we were thrilled to welcome Claire Casteran as our new co-manager, and we look forward to embarking on this new chapter together.   🙏 A huge thank you to all the participants for their enthusiasm and inspiring exchanges, and to the teams who pitched their projects with such passion!   🚀 What’s next? 🌱💡 Exploration et co-création: vers une connexion plus profonde avec la terre! Mardi dernier, nous avons bravé la pluie lors d’un atelier à la Ferme de Lilan, une ferme pionnière qui applique les pratiques de la permaculture, de l’agroécologie et de la biodynamie. Cette journée a été un véritable catalyseur d’idées et a permis d’explorer les défis à une connexion plus profonde avec le sol. La journée a débuté par une présentation ainsi qu’une visite immersive des pratiques agricoles innovantes de la ferme. Une expérience qui a su nous inspirer pour les discussions à venir.🫚🌿 L’atelier d’exploration ouverte a ensuite réunit des participants d’horizons variés pour collaborer, co-créer, et interroger notre système agricole et alimentaire. Ensemble, nous avons fait émerger des perspectives audacieuses pour un avenir agroalimentaire plus durable. 🍷🥕 Nous avons clôturé l’événement de manière conviviale autour d’un apéritif mettant à l’honneur les délices de la Ferme de Lilan. Les idées générées ont désormais la possibilité de prendre vie sous forme de projets concrets, avec un financement de 39'000 CHF. 🙏 Nous tenons à remercier toute l’équipe de la Ferme de Lilan pour leur accueil chaleureux et pour nous avoir régalés tout au long de la journée. The day was a real catalyst for ideas and allowed us to explore challenges of a deeper connection with the soil.   The day began with a presentation followed by an immersive visit of the farm's innovative agricultural practices. An experience that truly inspired our upcoming discussions. 🫚🌿   The open exploration workshop then brought together participants from diverse backgrounds to collaborate, co-create, and question our agricultural and food systems. Together, we generated bold perspectives for a more sustainable agri-food future.   🍷🥕 We wrapped up the event in a convivial atmosphere around an apero featuring delights of the Ferme de Lilan. The ideas generated now have the opportunity to come to life as concrete projects, with funding of up to CHF 39'000.   🙏 We would like to thank the team of the Ferme de Lilan for their warm welcome and for providing us with delightful food throughout the day. 🌿☀️ Rückblick auf unseren Open Exploration Workshop in Hirzel   Diesen Montag erkundeten wir bei strahlendem Sonnenschein gemeinsam mit engagierten Teilnehmern die Herausforderungen des Bodenmanagement für Biodiversität und Gesundheit um die Basis für neue Lösungen zur Transformation unseres Lebensmittelsystems zu co-kreieren.   🏡🥕 Der Nachmittag begann mit einem Besuch des Biohofs Z’alpenblick, wo uns Regina Schwarzenbach nachhaltige Bodenbewirtschaftungspraktiken vorstellte.   Anschliessend vertieften wir die zentralen Herausforderungen und entwickelten konkrete Handlungsmöglichkeiten mit Hilfe der #ProblemTree Methode. Der Tag endete mit einem geselligen Aperitif, der Raum für weitere Gespräche und Vernetzungen bot.   Die im Workshop angeregten Lösungsansätze können nun eingereicht werden, um bis zu 39.000 CHF Förderung zu erhalten. 🙏 Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Biohof Z’alpenblick, das Landgut Hirzel und allen Teilnehmern!   Bleib über kommende Veranstaltungen informiert: https://lnkd.in/ecDvQA26   —   🌿☀️ Recap of our open exploration workshop in Hirzel   This Monday, under a beautiful sun, we explored the challenges related to soil management for biodiversity and health together with committed participants in order to co-create the basis for new solutions to transform our food system.   🏡🥕 The afternoon began with an immersive visit of the organic farm Z’alpenblick, where, amidst the crops, Regina Schwarzenbach introduced us to sustainable soil management practices.   We then delved deeper into the key challenges and developed concrete options for action with the help of the #ProblemTree method. The day ended with a convivial aperitif, which provided space for further discussions and networking.   The ideas generated from this workshop can now be submitted to be eligible for funding of up to 39’000 CHF!
