Development / Manufacturing / Commercialization / Marketing of plasma light source New Plasma Lighting Technology (NPLT™) is the future of power lighting, this is a cleantech (mercury free). The main mission is to reduce the electrical consumption and reduce the dissemination of mercury. This technology has the potential to replace Metal Halide or Xenon lamp. The European commission would like remove the mercury of lighting device in few years. This technology produce full sun spectrum with a life time of 40'000 hours. The light flux reduction and the spectrum shift is very low in comparison with the old technologies (Xenon and Metal Halide). Our product is based on the second generation of plasma lamp. The bulb is not in rotation for a unit of 1'100W of power consumption. New plasma lighting Technology (NPLT™) highlight: - Full sun spectrum (400nm to 1'100 nm) - Life time of 40'000 hours - CRI: 98 - Color temperature: 5'600K - Chromatic coordinate: x=0.330 y=0.340 - Mercury free - Low maintenance cost: 100 USD to restart life time product. - Bulb efficiency: 105 lm/W - Full device efficiency (Power supply, radio frequency converter and bulb): 70 lm/W
