What an incredible few days in Madrid for the Nexthink SKO! The event ended on a high note, and I’m coming away feeling energized and inspired. One of the biggest highlights for me was hearing from our guest speaker, Lewis Pugh - an extraordinary endurance swimmer who has conquered every ocean in the world. His message truly resonated, and I wanted to share my key takeaways: 1. Don’t stop at 90% - push through to achieve your goals. 2. Remind yourself of your progress and reconnect with your “why.” 3. Adapt to the environment - when something isn’t working, change your approach. 4. Success is a team effort - the right people around you make all the difference.
