Future Career Day 2024 🚀 Last week, nine girls and boys visited Robatech HQ to find out what their grown-ups do all day at work 😅  And they were given the chance to join in. They printed out manuals, assembled heating hoses, constructed cubes, and even created an Instagram video. The pressure on companies to act in an ecologically and socially responsible manner is growing. 💡 Students on the CAS course “Sustainability as a success factor” at the FHNW and participants of the sustainability program of the Aargauische Kantonalbank wanted to know how Robatech is dealing with this. Recently , Robatech gave insights into past and current sustainability projects, stumbling blocks, and present challenges. In addition, the participants had also the opportunity to take a walk through the assembly halls. 🧐 We hope the participants gained valuable ideas for implementing their own sustainability initiatives in their companies. Fasting with Sabine is much more than not eating!   It is a group activity with a holistic approach to well-being 😇  🤸 In the morning, the group meets for moderate exercise and a glass of freshly squeezed juice.  🛠️ 💻 Then everybody goes to work.  🥣 In the evening, the group meets again to celebrate a meal of clear soup which Sabine makes herself. Afterwards, there is usually a theoretical input about different aspects of a healthy life. Or Yoga 🙏 For many people, fasting is easier in a group. So, it has become a tradition for some Robatech employees to fast for a week every year. This is what they say:  "I feel full of energy and just great."  "After about two days, you get into a trancelike state." This was a different kind of team event 🚒 A group of Robatech team leaders joined the local fire brigade for half a day to help them clean their vehicles and equipment 💪   Under expert guidance, they helped to check, clean, and inventory the equipment of the fire department vehicles in small groups. The vehicles and their equipment are now complete, clean, and ready for the next emergency 🚨 In addition, they also learned how the fire brigade is organized, how operations are carried out, what equipment is used for incidents involving fire, water or chemicals, and how the team is constantly preparing for emergencies. Thank you, Muri fire department, for this extraordinary experience! We have great respect and admiration for what you do for society. Robatech cares 💚 For the environment as well as for society 🐞 Because it is important to us to be committed socially beyond our company. With this in mind, our management team visited the local care retirement home pflegimuri for an exchange. First, the nursing home employees were given a tour of Robatech. Afterwards, the Robatech executives spent the afternoon with the residents of the home, taking part in various activities.  Look at their happy faces!
