Christoph brings a wealth of experience as an Associate Partner at Ramus & Company, where he supports start-ups and SMEs with fractional CFO services, fundraising, and M&A advisory. With 15 years of expertise in the life sciences industry (Eli Lilly, Elanco, J&J), Christoph has proven his ability to tackle challenges at scale—successfully leading multi-year profitability improvement programs and co-negotiating multi-billion-dollar contracts. For Trilliome, having Christoph on board in a fractional capacity allows us to benefit from his strategic insights and operational expertise exactly when and where we need them most. 🎉 As I reflect on another year of "wiser growth", I have made the decision to fully commit to my journey as a microbiome entrepreneur. Together with Patrick Guye, we co-founded Trilliome, focusing on the immense potential of the microbiome and nutraceuticals. This step is both exciting and humbling, and I am looking forward to what lies ahead.
