This year, we teamed up with our family from PSA Singapore and PSA BDP to participate in #SGCaresGivingWeek. Together, we adopted 300 wishes from three beneficiaries: Anglican Senior Centre – PEACE Connect, Children’s Cancer Foundation, and The Salvation Army Singapore – Gracehaven Children’s Home. This initiative has not only fulfilled many individuals’ wishes but also created a sense of community and togetherness during this festive season. A heartfelt thank you to all our colleagues who contributed items and dedicated their time and effort for this meaningful cause. Our Malaysia team recently enjoyed a unique team bonding experience at the Lost World of Tambun in Ipoh. This two-day event focused on fostering teamwork and camaraderie among our employees. The day kicked off with engaging team-building activities that encouraged effective communication and collaborative problem-solving and concluded with a relaxing evening at the hot springs, where the team unwound and enjoyed a mesmerizing fire show together. The following day was filled with excitement during the Super Adventure Race, where teams tackled thrilling challenges around the park. Overall, this trip provided a fantastic opportunity to connect beyond the office, fostering stronger bonds and creating a more inclusive environment for everyone. Our Malaysian Finance team recently had the opportunity to connect with their Singapore counterpart and CFO, Sharon Tan, during an introductory session. The team enjoyed a delightful dinner gathering and a bonding session at Kuala Lumpur's Pasar Seni, where they participated in a morning walk and a scavenger hunt. This immersive experience allowed them to engage with local culture while navigating Malaysia's public transportation system via LRT. The scavenger hunt was designed around the Fish! Philosophy, particularly focusing on the principle of "Be There," which encourages teamwork and collaboration. At the same time, our SVP & Head of Global Technical Resource Management, Isson Jacob, visited the Malaysia office and engaged with various teams. Each team introduced their members and shared updates about their projects and initiatives. This interaction provided Isson with a comprehensive overview of the office's operations, concluding with a Q&A session where employees could share their thoughts and suggestions regarding ongoing projects. Additionally, the Malaysia team held their monthly Brown Bag Wednesday Lunch session, where General Manager Ming Kiat TAN presented on “An Exploration of Moral Development and Decision-Making.” His talk highlighted the complexities of moral development, discussing factors such as personal values, societal norms, and external pressures that shape behavior. The topics for these Brown Bag lunches are wide-ranging and not limited to work-related domains, fostering an environment of open dialogue and learning. Our global colleagues recently came together both online and in-person for CrimsonLogic’s Year-End Talking Point 2024. Our CEO, Mr. Lawrence Ng, along with EXCO leaders — ACEO Mr. Kok Keong Chong, CPO Ms. Rebecca Chan, and SVP & Head of Delivery & Technical Services Mr. Leong Seng Loo shared comprehensive updates on the business, highlighting key milestones and achievements for the year. Additionally, we celebrated Global Gratitude Day, where our offices around the world embraced the spirit of gratitude through unique and heartfelt activities. In India, we created a "Tree of Gratitude," while in Malaysia, employees shared their appreciation at heart-shaped “Appreciation Stations.” These activities fostered a wonderful atmosphere of gratitude among our teams.
