Global Research Institute of Management and Social Sciences( GRIMS) is a private post- secondary institution for vocational and professional Education . GRIMS runs management and Social Sciences courses for vocational qualifications and entrepreneurship.GRIMS maximizes the use of Information Technology and computer sciences in her provision of educational services. Grims has it's own system called Quality Assurance System(QAS) that controls and maintain quality for all it's courses and programs. Grims is accredited by International Accreditation Commission for Education(IACE), International Association for quality assurance in higher education(QAHE), Higher Education Quality Assurance Agency(HEQA), Accreditation Agency for Distance Education(ADEA), Accreditation services for vocational education(ADEV), Cameroon Association of Evangelical Theological Schools(CAETS), Cameroon Management Boad(CAMBOD), Accreditation agency for health education (AAHE), Association for Biblical Colleges(ABIC),Human Right Commission(AHRC). GRIMS offers online courses from certificate to professional Doctoral degrees in various specializations in collaboration with our partner universities.GRIMS has three schools such as; the School of Management, school of social sciences and school of Education.

Conference paper presentation 4. Article Reviews and book Reviews 5. Course Reflection papers 6. Supervized field 7. Leadership Reports 8. Peer Reviews and publications 9. Each doctoral student would write and published 4 articles in an international journal 10. Writing research proposal 11. Defending the research proposal 12. Dissertation proposal( chapter 1 to 3) 13. Presentation of data, analysis and findings 14.Recommendations NB: Grims students would defend their dissertation in three phases: phase 1: Research proposal Phase 2: Dissertation proposal( 1 to 3) Phase 3: Data presentation and analysis, findings and Recommendations. The potentials for posterity Dear men and women, Grims school of Management is moving foward. I have been privileged to work as research director for RKU and GIBU for 5years. Coupled with my academic background in diverse areas of learning, my research potentials awarded me a professor title from three universities in partnership; Global Interfaith university, Rudolph Kwanue university, and Northern University USA. I am not a tenure professor like those in government universities or larger parastatals or corporation. I am an independent scholar and researcher. I have independently sponsored more than 27 research papers in the fields of education, business, finance and agriculture. Grims school of Management was born as a result of my research potentials. From the above schools that i have served, i have never relented to support them freely(GIBU,RKU& Funic Cameroon). We are organising conference to help you to succeed in your education. Some of you will say" why $30? Many people like free things. Even if it is free, the teachers will not like to present. You cannot go up when you don't like what you do in life. My services have been free for 5years. Those who like to donate to support poor students can do so. And poor students who don't have $30 will be assessed and given the chance to attend for $20.
