Today, Cameroon’s Minister of Environment, Pierre Hélé, met with the Chief Conservation Officer of WWF US, Nik Sekhran, and Renae Stenhouse, VP of the WWF GEF Agency, at the #BIODEV2030 stand. 🙌 The Minister expressed his appreciation for the impactful work WWF is doing in Cameroon, saying, “I enjoy working with WWF and know that with WWF, things are done right.” They discussed important topics like GEF-7 implementation progress, preparations for #GEF-8, GEF-9 funding, and the role of WWF in #plastic negotiations.
