Install Latch and Strike: for edge or tongue and groove panic bars, install the latch and strike plate on the door frame. For vertical bars, connect the top and bottom bars and make sure they engage properly with the frame. 6. EQUIPMENT TEST: Open and close the door several times to confirm smooth operation.
