🚀 Exciting News from Polymaker! We are thrilled to introduce PolyCore™ PC-7413, our latest cutting-edge material designed specifically for medium-temperature composite molds! 🌟 Material Highlights: • Excellent Heat Resistance: HDT (1.82 MPa) of 136°C, perfect for autoclave curing up to 120°C! • Outstanding Printability: The glass fiber minimizes warping, and finely tuned rheological behavior ensures smooth extrusion and excellent layer adhesion. • Cost-Effectiveness: A great alternative to traditional carbon fiber materials—perfect for scaling production! 📈 Validated through a real-world case, PolyCore™ PC-7413 has proven its effectiveness in medium-temperature composite mold production. We successfully printed a mold, then performed precision CNC machining and autoclave curing at 120°C and 0.6 MPa. The results? Dimensional tolerances within ±0.2 mm and excellent airtightness! 🤝 We’d also like to highlight our collaboration with Helio Additive, whose software ‘Dragon’ optimized the printing process using their expertise in thermal simulation.
