Several participants shared their recent Mastercourse experience. Many thanks for that! Thomas Reeves, we'll see you at the YIGOTY award event in Essen in January!
Recently, I had the privilege of attending the Jungle Talks Mastercourse in the Netherlands, led by the inspiring Ed Smith and Renee Snijders, with the mission of cultivating the next generation of global leaders in floriculture. Alongside 14 talented peers from across the world, I dove into a journey of discovery, collaboration, and growth. We visited remarkable companies pushing the boundaries of innovation in our sector, and each visit was a lesson in resilience, creativity, and the power of a shared vision. This mastercourse was not just about learning—it was about building a network of change-makers and forward-thinkers committed to advancing the floriculture industry. I am beyond grateful for the knowledge shared and for the opportunity to contribute to a global conversation on the future of our field. For me this was one of the best experiences in my career and I am thankful to everyone who made this journey possible and happy to have met and interacted with such amazing people.
