    Deadlines are not enemies if you know how to handle them. The correct deadline is not just a date on the calendar but a clear goal that moves the project forward. Here are a few principles we practice every day: 1. Reality comes first. If the deadline sounds like "yesterday", it's a false start. The deadline should be ambitious but doable. Consider the task's complexity and the time required for verification. 2. Micro-deadlines for macro #tasks. Divide the project into stages to see progress and adjust the course in time. This gives you control over time and makes planning easier. 3. Fight perfectionism. The deadline is not meant to be a reason to work on a #project indefinitely. Done is better than perfect. Learn to release the result, even if you want to "do a little more". 4. Communication is the key. Clearly define the deadline for the entire team. Everyone should understand their timeframe and how it fits into the overall plan. Also, make sure everyone understands when a task is considered complete. This will help avoid different interpretations and misunderstandings. Remember, #deadlines are a tool, not a restriction. Use them wisely, and the results will follow.

We also have 11 projects in the works, of which 4 are in design, and 5 have already moved to the development stage. 🚀 In addition to website reforms, our blog will undergo significant changes.
