Leah and Simon Fagg understand the significance of confidence and other leadership skills. As experienced mentors, they shared their passion for these qualities with our students. In our Leadership course, the Faggs brought their expertise and enthusiasm to the classroom. Let's meet the mentors of the week: Leah & Simon Fagg! ✨ Simon, a former missionary in the Birmingham England Mission, is now a leadership coach and podcast host, inspiring leaders worldwide. Leah, a dedicated wife, mother, and Nanna, is pursuing her passion for counseling while diving into family history research. Leah & Simon love walking, talking, and giving back to their community. Their journey is a testament to love, growth, and making a difference. Meet Mike Smiley & Norma Gilstrap Smiley, our Mentors of the Week! 💙 Mike holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and has spent his entire career working in finance for international companies. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Twin Disc, a global public company, and as CFO for the startup Bumi LLC. Norma has an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and has spent her career in HR and Marketing. This week, they taught our students about Delegating & Empowering Others and Unity.
