𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 📈🔍 2023 was again a very challenging year for us and the e-commerce industry. However, we managed to #increase our market position through cooperation with existing clients and a steady acquisition of new ones. We reached a turnover of 294 000 000 EUR which is a year-on-year increase of 18.3%. This was an especially difficult goal to achieve because of the overall decline in the e-commerce market. The number of transported parcels across our 7 entities reached almost 106 million which, compared to 2022, is an increase of 17.9%. We invested heavily in #optimizing our depot network which included closing outdated locations, opening new modernized ones, and automating and upgrading existing depots to improve the quality of processes. This was to increase the efficiency of parcel collection, sorting, and delivery to enhance customer satisfaction at the last mile. At the end of the year, we broke several #records. More than 880 000 parcels were processed in a single day.
