Responsible for bid response planning, techno-commercial proposal building, pre-bid & post bid communications with client, post award analysis of contracts, onsite engineering coordination, and supporting project manager in planning and execution of projects both locally and overseas. Having completed the Yibal 3rd Stage Depletion Compression (Y3DC) Project, OMAN which included site deputation for resolution of engineering related site queries and successful handing over including As-Built drawings.
Involved in Detail Engineering phase of Saih Nihayda & Kauther Depletion Compression (SNDC-2 & KDC-2) Projects, PDO OMAN.
Also involved in Proposal Engineering phase for LNG Receiving Terminal for Adani, India and Sulphur Recovery Unit Proposal for TAKREER, Abu Dhabi.

Job Profile :
Proposal & Bidding -
Analyze Invitation to Bid (ITB) document in terms of scope and terms & conditions
Verify feasibility of mandated scope of and Circulate ITB internally to Functional Disciplines (FD) for man-hour estimate
Communicate highlights of Client’s intent and expectations to FDs and management to have an overview of the project
Compile, rationalize and optimize man-hour estimates referring to benchmarks and previous project actuals
Compile Piping/Structural BOMs and arrive at thumb-rule ratios to justify the quantities
Conduct preliminary review with FDs on the planning schedule to understand the Critical path for the project
Prepare final bid documents along with Priced & Unpriced offers for submission to Client as per Bid
Follow up with Client on Post Tender Clarifications and close all open points.
Review compiled proposal document and Work with Project Manager in identifying risks and critical path, finalize document approval cycle, and nomination of key personnel, and development of L3 schedule with Milestones defined to carry out Detail Engg phase of the project. Zobrazit méně
