Our team continues to grow! ✨ 🚀   We are delighted to welcome three more new colleagues to our team.   Zoé Lindacher is part of our investment team. Before joining Blue Cap, Zoé spent two years in Investment Banking, focusing on cross-border Tech M&A transactions. Earlier in her career, she worked at a global strategic communications advisory firm, specializing in financial communications and investor relations projects.   Christian James Martens previously worked at Bain & Company bringing experience in post-acquisition value creation. He completes our team as a portfolio manager.   Petar Zaric joins us as Manager Compliance & Controlling. Due to his years of work in finance departments, lastly as manager of a finance department of a medium sized-company, and his law degree, he brings experience from both areas. Today we published our figures for Q3 2024 - we had a solid third quarter of 2024 with a significant increase in profitability. A brief overview of the most important figures:  📊Group revenue after nine months at EUR 195.3 million (previous year: EUR 209.0 million) 📈Adjusted EBITDA rises by almost 20% to EUR 19.0 million (previous year: EUR 15.9 million) 🎯Adjusted EBITDA margin increases significantly to 9.5% after nine months (previous year: 7.6%), reaching 11.8% in the third quarter In this context, Henning von Kottwitz and J. Successful sale of Neschen Coating GmbH above net asset value valuation 🚀 We're pleased to announce that we signed an agreement on the sale of our 100% stake in Neschen Coating GmbH. The buyer is ATP adhesive systems AG, a strategic investor. 💬 Henning von Kottwitz comments: “This sale implements our best owner approach and is a consistent and value-generating step for Blue Cap. With this exit, our shareholders benefit from the increase in value that we have been able to achieve at Neschen in recent years.” J. Henning Eschweiler adds: “The successful turnaround last year formed the basis for the sale today.
