We were privileged to have 70 testers sample our delightful chicken and pork filet products, and the feedback received was overwhelmingly positive. In fact, one individual even exclaimed that it was the best chicken alternative they had ever tasted (not the first time we've heard that 🙌)! Thrilled to talk about the multiple use and opportunity to include Fungi in our diets and present Bosque Foods at the ChangeNOW event today! Thank you Susanne Gløersen Jean-Michel Scheuren Guillaume Lopez and Mazen Rizk for elevating the debate today, and thanks Harry Waters for moderating! My key take-away is that we are just scratching the surface of what is possible to do with Fungi - from biomaterials, soil remediation, upcycling of side-streams or as an alternative source of protein, Fungi gives us plethora of opportunities to transform our production systems for more bio-based and circular processes.
