📢 Welcome to the second chapter of our 2025 series highlighting our key projects in Spain 📢 Today we will be showcasing our Alhendín plant, located in Granada. This site is divided into three #PV plants: Alhendín 1: Covers 58 hectares with a peak power of 43.47 MWp, producing 77 GWh per year. This plant uses fixed modules. Alhendín 2: Covers 15 hectares with a peak power of 5.17 MWp. It can produce 9.4 GWh per year. This is an Agro PV plant. Alhendín 3: Covers 7.8 hectares with a peak power of 5.42 MWp. It can produce 11.7 GWh per year, using trackers. In total, thhe asset can produce up to 98.1 GWh per year, supplying electricity to approximately 24,500 households. In addition to its energy contribution, the Alhendín project is initiating ecological and landscape restoration ventures such as integrating a vegetative screen with native species like holm oaks, rosemary, and lavender to visually immerse the plant into the local habitat.🌲 Alhendín also incorporates #Agri-PV, a solor power initative that expects 39 GW by 2030, delivering advantages such as an increase in a farm’s economic value by up to 30%, new jobs such as O&M technicians in rural areas, crop protection from extreme weather, increased biodiversity and food sovereignty. All in all, the Alhendín Project is committed to replenshing the environment, leading to a more sustainable future!🌍 #bwreES
