What an Experience! Thank You to Our Amazing Transformation Leaders 🌞🌍🌱 Our second round of #HelloTransformation at Gut Einern e.V. has come to a close, and we couldn’t be more inspired by this incredible group of transformation leaders!   Over two days, we tackled everything from climate change and circular economy to the inner development goals of collaboration and action. Here we are at last: #HelloTransformation is going into the next round! 🔛 Since we last met with our current group of participants, we have been eagerly anticipating the continuation of our workshop series. After spending two days at our inspiring pioneering place Gut Einern e.V. in June, the feeling and energy was through the roof. Now that autumn is in full swing, we are happy to use the last warm (enough) days of the year to reconnect with the soil of the permaculture garden and vertical farm, sit around the campfire and cook delicious, fresh meals together. All while learning about #CircularEconomy, #ClimateChange and organisational transformation. ♻ 🌱 🤝 Beyond the hard facts, we are excited about the inner developmental goals of #collaboration and #action that will also be the topics of this Hello Transformation run. Victoria Funk explains why focusing only on the 'visible' parts of change - such as tools, processes and structures - can actually hinder it. We also need to address the 'invisible' dimensions of change, including #culture, mindsets and beliefs. In short: we need to think about the people 👥 we want to inspire and make our ideas for change happen.🔄 In everything we do at the co-do lab, we also consider the invisible.
