We’ve hired 23 superstars so far, with 16 actively contributing to our projects.  ✅ Through MATTER, our corporate volunteering initiative, employees can take time off to support social and environmental causes — it's like a vacation, but for saving the world!  ✅ With programmes such as TUMO Portugal, an innovative technology school for young people, and The Study Company, an initiative enabling employees to volunteer their expertise and time to mentor and guide children from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds.  🌱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁 - 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 ✅ Our Coimbra HQ is solar-powered, generating 25% of our energy from renewable sources thanks to our solar panels. ✅ We launched the Be One With Nature Programme, helping to restore and preserve the forest ecosystem in degraded areas of Portugal. ✅ In the spirit of recycling, we rolled up our sleeves for a spring clean that led to the donation of over 50 computers last year. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 💫 ✅ 5% of our earnings go towards projects that positively impact the community including ‘The Piano’ project, which has brought music into the daily lives of commuters at the Entrecampos station in #Lisbon and Trindade station in #Porto, as well as the Critical Fit Programme, encouraging our community to break a sweat for good causes – and resulting in 15,000 hours’ worth of exercise and €24,000 donated to 24 different institutions! ✅ Our profit-sharing model allocated 25% of profits to employees, reinforcing the practical side of our philosophy — that our success is built collaboratively and equitably! ✅ And let’s not forget our 'Ten Times' salary commitment, ensuring that we keep pay fair and square for everyone. They enjoyed lunch with the elderly, sang, painted, and even attempted some impressive dance moves.
