An #insightful day at the Bundesvereinigung Mittelständischer Bauunternehmen e. V. (BVMB) in Berlin!💡 Yesterday we visited the #BVMB in #Berlin and were able to meet interesting people from the #construction industry and have great conversations. Exciting panel discussions on important current topics that impact the construction sector. It was a great event in an #open atmosphere from which we were able to take a lot away. Visit from Australia! 🌏 On Wednesday, we welcomed 32 participants from Monash University and Hochschule Osnabrück as part of the Winter School Lingen. 🎓   After an #insightful company presentation and a Q&A session, the group had the chance to explore our largest #production hall at the Eurohafen. 💡 A great #exchange with lots of exciting questions and new #perspectives!   We really enjoyed having you here! 🚚 Es geht los! Am Weserstadion sind die ersten Container für die Ersatzeinrichtung des Stadions „Platz 11“ und dessen Räumlichkeiten angekommen. Damit beginnt die wegweisende Weiterentwicklung der grün-weißen Infrastruktur in der Pauliner Marsch, der Heimat des SV #Werder. 👷🏾♀️ Um die umfangreiche Sanierung der Gebäude an „Platz 11“ möglich zu machen, wird für den Zeitraum der Baumaßnahmen auf dem Parkplatz am Stadion eine Ersatzeinrichtung aus Containern erbaut. Die Anlage wird bis Ende März bezugsfertig sein. 🗣️ Tarek Brauer: „Wir freuen uns sehr, dass es nun endlich losgeht und die ersten Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden. In den kommenden Jahren werden wir mit der umfangreichen Modernisierung der Spielstätte ‚Platz 11‘, der Neuordnung und Sanierung unserer Trainingsplätze und schlussendlich mit dem Neubau unseres Fußball-Campus wichtige Veränderungen in unserer Werder-Infrastruktur in der Pauliner Marsch erleben, die nicht nur erfolgskritisch für unser Leistungszentrum und den Mädchen- und Frauenfußballs sind, sondern auch dem Breitensport zugutekommen."

A good business #portrait shows more than just faces – it also reflects the #personality and #values of the people and the company. Yesterday, with Claudia Kempf, we did just that in our new portraits of our #management team consisting of Liesel Albers-Bentlage, Günter Albers, Dr. Stefan Leopold and Pia Albers. We created a relaxed but professional atmosphere in our #office, which we were also able to capture behind the scenes. 20 years since the #handover of the management - What a #throwback: On February 4, 2005, company founder Bernhard Albers handed over the reins to the next #generation: Tim Albers, Liesel Albers-Bentlage and Günter Albers took over the management and successfully continued to lead ELA. Until 2017, Bernhard Albers accompanied the expansion as Chairman of the Advisory Board and stood by the company's side as its most important advisor. Today, two decades later, the #third generation has even arrived at management level - a sign of sustainable #growth and a living #family tradition. 🙏
