"HR, please organise 10 interviews by Monday!" Does this sound familiar? "Realistic" is something else. 🙅 The problem: Many companies believe that filling management positions is a fast-track process. The result? Inefficient interviews, unclear requirements and frustration on both sides. Filling a management position is much more complex than many expect. Here are 5 things the HR department can't just magically do: ⭕️ Clear requirements – HR can make assumptions, but the exact definition of competencies for the role must come from the manager's future work area. ⭕️ Future-orientated role description – It is not enough to know what the last manager did.
