Today, we held our very first quarterly town hall — #TimeToTalk — for the RainbowForest Solutions (RFS) group of companies! It was a milestone moment, bringing all RFS entities together under one virtual roof. We kicked off with some fun icebreaker questions and traced the timeline of the group's evolution from founding BlackForest Solutions in 2016 to now in 2025, with members like GreenForest Solutions GmbH, GFS East Africa, GFS Bhutan, Landbell GreenForest Solutions India, and ReverseLab added to our family over the years. Every team presented who they are, what they were doing, and how we could all work together better. We also recognised some amazing achievements such as: - Carrying out more than 275 projects in 115 countries spanning 5 continents - Being represented by 45 team members based all over the world in Rio, Mexico City, Berlin, Nairobi, Dubai, Mumbai, and Paro. - Diverting more than 100,000 tons of waste away from landfills and towards environmentally sound management collectively It was inspiring to see everyone share updates, wins, and future goals. Shared responsibility and transparency keep us moving forward together, and impact and innovation, which are at the heart of everything we do, keeps driving us to push boundaries and forge new possibilities. A big thank you to everyone who presented today or asked questions or simply tuned in to meet others. We look forward to the coming months and years of growth, partnership, and positive impact.
