🚝✔️ Tested & approved! We are happy to share that our #railinspection device Trackscan USE-B with ultrasonic technology has been approved by DB InfraGO as of November this year. The device has already proven itself on rails all over the world and reliably contributes to safer rail operations by detecting and monitoring critical defects within the rail such as squats and head checks. Congratulations to our colleagues from PLR on acquiring a major contract with #DeutscheBahn! The framework agreement between PLR and DB InfraGO was just signed in November of this year.     It comprises the delivery, installation and commissioning of advanced #ultrasonic and #eddycurrent inspection systems for equipping a new generation of rail inspection trains for Deutsche Bahn. These will greatly contribute to increasing safety and efficiency in the rail network.     Our group company PLR Prüftechnik Linke & Rühe, commissioned with the project, is a high-tech and technology leader in eddy current and ultrasonic testing technology, developing innovative solutions for the non-destructive inspection of rails.      Well done to the PLR team on this great achievement! #goldschmidt #teamgoldschmidt #inspection

🏆 Our colleague Gina Maria Hesse is in a class of her own! In June 2024, she completed her vocational training with #honours as the best industrial clerk in the Leipzig chamber district. She was thus able to assert herself against all other graduates from the winter 2023/2024 and summer 2024 classes! On 24 October, she received her honours from the Leipzig Chamber of Industry and Commerce IHK zu Leipzig together with other top graduates from the Leipzig district. But that's not all, due to her outstanding performance she also secured the first place in the state competition for the Federal State of Saxony! We proudly congratulate Gina on both successes and we are delighted that she will be supporting our Financial Accounting team in #Leipzig in the coming year. 🙌 PS: we are crazy about rail! 🚝❤️ What about you?
