To keep revolutionary mojos high during festive times, we're releasing the episodes from our #RadicalFunding series 'Fliplanthropy' to spark deep conversation on important subject matter at the dinner table 🙃 Starting off with the incomparable Stephanie Brobbey, our speaker for the series' inaugural episode on "Unlearning Wealth Class Narratives" who's the ship captain of a dear Guerrilla ally, the Good Ancestor Movement 🥳 We dug into the hows of challenging #normative #philanthropy by interrogating the origins of wealth, the neocolonial baggage it comes with, and how we can steward accumulated money and the way that it is redistributed using a #justice lens. stay tuned for more episode releases in the next days 🔥

We are growing and so are our Annual Reports :) Dig into our 2023 journey which details our thinking around #justiceinformedphilanthropy, i.e. the nascent #ResourceRedistributionMovement. We hoped to create a revolutionary document, that can inform & politicise new radical funders, and excite those resourcing bold, political action across Europe. There’s quite some content to explore, from participatory governance, our forays in #sociocracy, the ins and outs of grassroots funding with an activist approach to #SystemChange. We tried to make this report as personal as possible, reflecting the diverse perspectives & lived experiences that folks in our ecosystem contain, and we highlight an overarching theme, ‘#PowerBending’ as the essential ingredient to pulling off such an endeavour. The journey away from #philanthrocapitalism is long and rich in unlearning, and decolonisation of wealth is a constant practice in confrontation with the past, keeping ego in check, and working in close solidarity with peers & allies.
