And what a great time it was… Last week, the latest Körber Career Night, hosted in cooperation with Netzwerk Chancen, took place in Berlin—a vibrant gathering of inspiring personalities, innovative ideas, and endless networking opportunities. 🫶 The event wasn’t just about connecting; it delivered truly thought-provoking insights. 🙌 In her keynote, Dr. Sabine Hückmann shared her remarkable personal journey as a trailblazer, highlighting the importance of acknowledging social background as a key dimension of diversity. 🙌 Equally impactful, Katrin Janeczka provided powerful data and insights, showcasing why advocating for social justice is essential—and how everyone can contribute as an ally. Of course, no Körber Career Night would be complete without expert-led sessions and breakout workshops: 💡 "Ideation Lab and Getting Shit Done": Ronny Matthies and Lisa Toepfer offered practical tools for developing ideas and executing tasks efficiently. 💡 Jan Bredack and Maja Bredack, joined by Sven Siedhoff and Sebastian Pook, explored the future of agriculture. Guests even enjoyed a VR experience of a vertical pea plantation and farming’s exciting future. 💡 Christina Richter from Personal Branding Institut gave actionable insights into the importance of building personal connections and maintaining visibility—both online and offline—for career growth.
