Leadec has achieved Gold status in the EcoVadis sustainability rating. This places us in the top 3 % of all companies worldwide in the ranking and in the top 1% of all companies within the industry. In the current rating, Leadec achieved a score of 79 out of a possible 100 points. We did it again 🏆 For the second time in a row, Leadec was recognized with the “MELI Award” by Mercado Livre in Brazil. Latin America's leading e-commerce company annually recognizes its top suppliers in different categories with this award. Like last year, Leadec was selected as "Winning Supplier of the year 2024" in the Facilities & Maintenance category. The evaluation criteria included punctuality, cost optimization, communication, commitment, expertise, and innovation. For the first time, Mercado Livre also incorporated essential aspects of climate impact and social responsibility into its assessment. Safety is Leadec’s top priority – and our commitment is paying off. In 2024, we achieved the lowest lost time injury (LTI) rate in the company’s history with a value of 1.0. This means that for every 1 million hours worked, there was only one accident resulting in at least one lost workday. We are continuously working to ensure the highest safety standards across all areas. Key measures include for example regular training sessions, preventive safety inspections, global audits, or exchange of best practices. With an HSE software solution in use at almost all our sites, all safety-related processes are managed in real time – from incident reporting to audits and training. A commitment to diversity and inclusion: The "Elas Podem" Program in Brazil   To promote the inclusion and appreciation of women, Leadec launched the "Elas Podem" program in Brazil. The one-year development program for women focuses on two key areas: Women in Maintenance and Women in Management.   Elas Podem started as a pilot at one of our customers in 2023 with a focus on Women in Maintenance. With five modules, covering electrical, hydraulics, civil, HVAC, and management, the program offers comprehensive training as well as support and mentoring from Leadec's HR team. Seven women enrolled and graduated one year later. Building on this success, we expanded the initiative to a second area in 2024: Women in Management. The focus here is on developing leadership skills through courses, mentoring and specialized consulting.   The results? More women in maintenance and management roles, a stronger, more inclusive company culture, and real career impact for our participants. Innovation, networking, and fresh ideas – we had a great time at DecompileD Conference 2025! With over 400 participants, the event in Dresden brought together a diverse mix of local and international experts to explore the latest software trends in industrial production.   At our booth, our colleagues presented Leadec's services in the field of production IT, including automated test processes, networked production, cloud-based solutions, intelligent production control and digitized logistics processes. HR is a real value driver in companies - not only at Leadec! Yet what can be done if this is not always perceived as such? And what role do flexible employment models play in this context?   These questions were discussed at the HR Fest, the largest HR festival in Hungary. One of the experts who shared her insights on stage was our colleague Hedi Major, HR Director of Leadec Hungary.   For her, mindset is an important factor. The role of HR largely depends on how companies perceive it. HR professionals can actively shape this perception by demonstrating their economic impact and proving their strategic value.   Hedi also shared the significance of flexible employment models: “At Leadec we have had great experiences with student workers and part-time roles. Many students start their careers with us in internships or student jobs and later move into permanent positions.
