“Learning the French way to bring fresh ideas back to Italy!”    Adriana, Product Manager Online Shop at Lidl France, has been with #teamlidl since 2015. Starting her career at Lidl Italia, Adriana managed Non Food categories, including the popular PARKSIDE range. Now, as part of the Lidl International Job Rotation Program, Adriana is experiencing life near Paris and diving into new professional challenges. 🤩    "My goal here is clear: to learn and understand the processes behind the Online Shop project of Lidl France," she says. "Launching an online shop is challenging, and Lidl France has managed it incredibly well. I’m gaining so much from observing their methods, even with the unique hurdles along the way!"    Beyond work, Adriana is fully enjoying French culture. “Over 500 colleagues came together for a fun and colorful photoshoot!"    A photoshoot isn't just about capturing great pictures - it’s also about creating lasting memories! 📸 ✨ We spoke with our EB team at Lidl Portugal who coordinated an exciting photoshoot week that involved over 500 Lidl colleagues.    "Having a colorful, smiling profile photo online really showcases more of our work environment at Lidl - internally and externally," Caio explains. "That’s why our Employer Branding team at Lidl Portugal came up with this project - to give our colleagues the chance to get colorful and professional profile pictures, reinforcing some aspects of our culture!"    The team initially planned for 600 portraits, and over 500 colleagues participated. "It took 1.5 months to plan, and the photoshoots were spread over 7 days across different locations," Caio adds.    To make everyone feel at ease, the team created a comfortable and private environment and encouraged colleagues to wear the signature colors of Lidl. ❤️💙💛  "We’re excited about the final results! We had music, treats, and plenty of fun - what started as a photoshoot turned into a fantastic team-building event! Celebrating 25 years of Lidl Greece with Nana    As Lidl Greece celebrates its 25th anniversary, we caught up with Nana, HR Services Supervisor at Lidl Hellas, who has been part of Lidl Greece since the beginning in 1999. 🤩     Nana began her #teamlidl journey as a Regional Management Secretary in Gefyra (now Sindos) and has since taken on a role in Employee Data Administration within the Support Services department. “It’s been a dynamic journey, and I’m still enjoying it,” she says.    For Nana, Lidl Hellas is diverse, unique, and colorful. “The diversity within our team is truly special. "My advice for job rotation? Stay open and embrace every challenge!" Robin, IT Business Consultant at Lidl Österreich, joined #teamlidl in 2020 and has been focusing on digitalization and business system optimization ever since. Starting his journey at Lidl Sverige KB, Robin works inbetween IT and business departments to ensure seamless collaboration. Since March, he’s taken on a new challenge in Salzburg, Austria, as part of the Lidl International Job Rotation Program. 🤩 "I've been always interested in working in German-speaking countries, so Austria felt like the perfect fit—especially as I was already learning German. Salzburg, with its international vibe, gave me the chance to live abroad while continuing to grow within Lidl." ❤️💙💛 Adapting to a new language was initially challenging in a role that required constant communication. But Robin embraced the challenge: "I kept an open mind and stayed social, which helped me integrate quickly. "Experiencing local insights brings new perspectives to my work!" Julia, Consultant Sales Organization at Lidl España, has been with #teamlidl for five years. She began her career as a trainee at Lidl International and has focused her expertise on communications and digitalization within the Sales department. Now based in Barcelona as part of the Lidl International Job Rotation Program, Julia is leading sales communication and cashier processes at Lidl Spain. ❤️💙💛 "In Germany, my work centered on developing processes. Here in Spain, I see firsthand how these processes scale and impact at a national level. This year, Lidl Greece celebrated this milestone with a series of special anniversary events! 🥳    In March, the celebrations began with a unique approach that highlighted the company’s character and the reasons it has become such a favorite among the Greek public.
