🏢 From office to assembly! Changing the work place for a few days was an interesting experience for our colleague Karen from Inside Sales department. ⬅️ Two years ago, Karen has started as Inside Sales at Quadax. At the beginning, it was very new for her to get know the processes in an industrial company. Before starting here, Karen has made an apprenticeship in the media industry. She has worked a lot as Sales Assistant in the previous company. Karen has started to like this work very much and that's how she knew early, in which department she belongs to. As member from the Inside Sales department, you get much contact with the products you are offering and selling. BUT: What's with the physical fact? This is something you could miss starting a position at the Inside Sales department. 🔧 Karen has had the chance to get insights at the whole assembly area. It was planned to show how every process is dependent from another. She was involved in each step: 🛠️ From commissioning (preparing each peace for mounting), connecting the pieces on the valve... to build crate walls for packaging the valves. 😊 Karen is thankful for this experience and has now a better perspective about the compilation of our products! 🔝 Quadax is always open for their employees to offer them further development! #premiumvalves #innovation #technology #assembly #development

May the force be with you! ⚔ Well... instead of the real laser swords as we know from the Star Wars movies ⭐, you can see laser pistols used for fighting. Last Friday, the assembly team of Quadax knew that there was planned a short trip to somewhere. But they got it known firstly on this day. After telling them the final #destination, they landed in the laser tag area in Schwäbisch Hall - Located about 30 kilometers away from our #headquarters in Forchtenberg. Our #employees had to solve different game #challenges in the gaming area. It is important to avoid a chemical reaction through the oxygen.⚡ Here were already washed some valves of #brass material too.
