🕮 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: How Laser-Enabled MEA Technology Unlocks Action Potential Insights in Cardiac Organoids Studying action potentials (APs) in cardiac organoids is now more precise than ever! Using the Foresee Biosystems #IntraCell in conjunction with the Multi Channel Systems GmbH #MEA2100Mini, AP data was effectively captured from organoids grown by researchers at Michigan State University by leveraging laser-based optoporation to stimulate #cardiomyocytes. 👁️🔬Microelectrode arrays (MEAs) have become invaluable in retinal research, enabling scientists to record electrical activity from multiple retinal neurons while simultaneously stimulating network activity optically.
