NEUMAN & ESSER is a reliable partner to the industry, driving both the energy transition and the circular economy with integrated solutions for the energy infrastructure of tomorrow. Our compressor solutions with in-house sealing technology are used in the industrial processing of gases. Both in the traditional oil and gas industry as well as in the hydrogen economy and the green gas industry. The product portfolio also includes hydrogen production systems such as electrolyzers and steam reformers, the key technologies for the future demand for clean energy. Combined with a century of experience in the compression of hydrogen, NEUMAN & ESSER is today the expert for the entire H2 value chain. When it comes to bringing ambitious projects to life, NEUMAN & ESSER is your partner - from the evaluation of potential sites and the feasibility and financing of the project, through engineering, construction and commissioning, to the marketing of the gases produced. Our solutions in mechanical process engineering are particularly relevant in the shredding and classification of raw materials and recycled materials. NEUMAN & ESSER systems make an essential contribution in applications such as powder coating, recovered carbon black and protein enrichment, as well as in the production of high-performance materials for battery energy storage systems. Reliability and availability are the basis of long-term partnerships and are ensured in our plants with a digitally supported 360° service during operation. Thanks to the continuity of an almost 200-year-old family business and a global network of production sites, sales and service locations, we are close to you both in the primary and in the aftermarket, so that we can react quickly to individual requirements. We are looking forward to an exciting future. We are proud of our team. #MAPEVA #IPCEI #hydrogen #h2
After receiving the aporoval for federal IPCEI funding, we are joining the international IPCEI Hydrogen Conference in Paris. As chair of the Hy2Move wave, Roman Zündorff presented the status of our wave. We are happy to support European Hydrogen ramp-up within the next years! #mapeva #IPCEI

MAPEVA is an Approved Important Project of Common European Interest Our MAPEVA project was granted the full national and European approval and status of an Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) as part of the #H2 Mobility and Transport Wave (Hy2Move). MAPEVA stands for “Modular Agile Production of Electrolyzer, Compressor and Storage Systems”. The project combines #research, #development and #innovation as well as first industrial deployment. It aims at developing #integratedsolutions for on-site production of pressurized, fuel-cell-grade #hydrogen at #hydrogenrefuelingstations, delivering 0.5 – 4 tons hydrogen per day. The funding will support the development of hydrogen technologies that will enhance hydrogen availability along major transport corridors. This will spur deployment of hydrogen projects, create jobs and drive growth across Europe and the hydrogen value chain. We welcome broad political support, for instance by Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Protection North Rhine-Westphalia, Mona Neubaur. There would be a global demand for #electrolyzers. The MAPEVA project would establish series production for this technology, which would create #sustainable jobs in North Rhine-Westphalia and would make an important contribution to the production of green hydrogen, she states. Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, Dr. Robert Habeck, also stresses the important contribution to the cost-effective construction and operation of decentralized production plants. Funding the project as part of the IPCEI Hydrogen would therefore meet important objectives of the national hydrogen strategy.

New Factory in Brazil Last week we inaugurated the expansion of our factory in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. We were happy to welcome some local authorities such as the Governor of Minas Gerais, Romeu Zema Neto, and the German ambassador to Brazil, Bettina Cadenbach. The new unit consolidates our company NEUMAN & ESSER Brasil’s position as a leader in #solutions for the #energytransition and reinforces its commitment to #sustainability. The new factory, four times larger than the current one, will occupy an area of 3,500 m² and will have the capacity to produce up to 70 MW of containerized #hydrogen generators per year. "We are prepared to expand as the low-carbon hydrogen market evolves in Brazil and Latin America", Marcelo Veneroso, Managing Director of NEUMAN & ESSER BRASIL said.
